Yeah it does. Smartpowers seem to die after about 3-4 months.

Would've cost me a tad bit more to have bought all of that seperately.

But I see your concern ... buying a 7900GT rig for $1250...remember though that rig prices increase incrementally with every piece of hardware or accessory...heck prices aren't that cheap as you might think in the US...check out the comparable AMD Mainstream rig here: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=101396 ... also costs ~$1100 for almost the same rig.
