thanks, i did need some help, and got a dude over to help me, and explain what all the settings in the bios is, and used for, so now i know a little and learning each day...

what i was asking for was a setup, as a base, as i did simply not know anything.

a setup like this would help a lot.
and in another forum, thy was real helpful and posted one for me.

My Setting Bios
CPU Rate 9x
CPU Host ENABLED
CPU HOST FREQ 320
PCI-E AUTO
CIA2 DISABLED
DRAM TIMING MANUAL
CAS 5
RAS TO CAS 5
RAS PRE 5
TRAS 15
ACT ACT DEL AUTO
RANK WRITE AUTO
WRITE TO PREC AUTO
REFRESH TO ACT 0
READ to PRE AUTO
MEMORY PERF NORMAL
DIMM OVERV +0.10V
PCI-E OVERV NORMAL
GMCh OVERV +0.1V
FSB OVERV +0.1V
CPU OVERV 1.375V

MHZ CPU will be 2,9
----------------------------

That gave me the base to start some where, and now im past that setting, as im getting more info by reading forum posts here :)

Bu i needed that setup as a base to understand just a little bit, and a days help from a friend..

Thanks all good..

Keep in mind that your memory is rated for 667mhz, half of that is what your maximum FSB will be (333mhz X 9), unless, your RAM is good enough and works at higher speeds.
That will be your first wall trying to go higher.
For better results, you would need DDR2 @ 800mhz which could help you get a 400 FSB easily.
If you CPU is a good Overclocker, you'll need 1.45 to 1.5 Vcore, if it's a regular chip, 1.6 or a little less can get you 400 X 9 = 3.6ghz
