Could someone confirm that this kit is fully compatible with the asus p5w dh, regardless the website 's rumors, and it only needs to have a higher voltage than indicated ?

I am fairly certain you will have no problems with that working, i would wait to see what Gskill Tech says though.

that ram required NO LESS then 2.1v to boot. and it will NOT lower itself to 533 in order to boot at lower voltages.

the ram is.. well.. for the lack of a better work. poo.(cuz the spd is very wrong)

now that being said i will said i was able to hit 950mhz with it. but had to do the swapping of ram to make it boot.
950mhz is the limit of my DS3 dram freq. for some stupid arse reason.
and the DS3 hates certain D9 modules, thus the 950mhz limit so i could only summize that this ram is D9 but with a VERY wrong programmed SPD.
i got the 6400 HZ's and they boot up just fine and dandy at 1.8v.

Well I am still fooling around with my sticks of 2gbhz on my p5w but so far its working great. I had to raise my MCH voltage but once I did that I can get ddr1000 at 2.3v. (btw thats 300% memtested)

 I have the ZX kit in my P5W DH and it will not run 1:1 at rated specs! G.Skill blames the mobo. (emailed from support who was of no help)

To run my E6300 at 400MHz I must run 4:3 with my memory at 300 MHz 5-6-6-18.
* Stay away from the ZX DDR2-800 kit! * :stick:

It's JUNK!
Get some D9's. :fact:

A problem with the P5W DH deluxe with this RAM is that you will hit a wall with the rated specs 1:1 some where from 350-370, then you will need to set timings to SPD. With that setting you will soon hit another wall and need to run 4:3. I wish I bought the HZ kit.:hitself: How I wish G.Skill was nice like XXz and upgraded me to HZ.

With the price of good memory now I'm better off just buying a E6700.
