A lot of you remember Nhenhopach, my friend from Vietnam.
I was just talking with him and he saw that there weren't a lot of people on Rosetta anymore and asked me if anyone would help him on F@H for 5 days..
Since the best things we do here are for people, I thought you guys might want in on this.
I'm stopping WCG on the 2400 and SOB on the 3600 for a week to do this.
Anyone that needs his account info just PM me.
This is just for a week..
I had this mental image of him seeing 100 PC's on his account!:D

Glad to help pal and from the looks of things, XS jumped in.. I saw 12 new cpu's working on your account..I have 2DX's on it, don't know if that counts as 2,4 or 8(HT) but it's helping..I think you moved from 73 to 70 position in 2-3 days..:D

Have my A64 running it as much as it will let me, it shuts down and freezes up a bit but it all helps
maby I can do a little extra when my replacement proc gets here.

Just wanted to thank all you guys for helping Nhenho. We moved him from #73 on that team to #63 in 6 days! Over 8000 points and thats a bunch in F@H.
I'm going to stay on it a couple more days I think to try and get him to #60 but I don't want to hold you guys up on your projects.

I have my dads main 2800+ machine working away at wgc,and this one doing what it can for Nhenho for a while more also,looks like it got a full 24hrs in from yesterday so I'm happy.

If I remember, he did almost 300K in D2OL in just over 30 days..
It was what I heard in his writing about trying to help XS that brought me a bit closer to this guy..All he wanted was to help..
Can't argue with that kind of dedication..
OK, looks like Friday will be the day, I think we can drop him to under #60 by then!:D

Amen..I have a lot more "fun" when my machines are in someone elses name..
That may sound strange but for me, I get a double pleasure from it. I'm crunching a good app and helping out a friend..
Now there is the added thrill of being even further down the list when I get back on WCG..A longer "ladder" to climb and I DO love the chase!:D

That's nice of you pal but I think we've accomplished MUCH more than he was looking for..He'd been in #71 place on that team and slipped to 73..
As of this am we moved him to #62 and I think we'll hit #60 by Friday night.
and have added so far over 11,000 points to his score..
I moved my DX2400 to WCG an hour ago and leaving the DX3600 on this account till late friday night then moving it to help at QMC for a few days to a week..
Damn I'm sounding like the SETI guys, a little here, a little there..BUT my motivation is to help the guys here on the teams that they are into not some BS pursuit of BOINC stats..:D
I'm afraid to get too into going at one project again. Compulsive personality and my house would look like Mike047's and I can't afford that..;)

Well saturday morning for me here, I managed to get another decent night out of the old man (amd3000+):D and pop's rig crunched slow and steady through the night. So I will let em go a while longer,then move back to wcg.:toast:
