I know that the newegg customer support agent and G.Skill Technician post in XS threads and I would like to let them know about a situation. Many sources (including all workable builds of CPU-Z) have shown me that my memory is very strangely mismatched (or problematic). One stick reports at DDR600 and one at DDR550, observe my screenshot:

The sticks will not run at above DDR540 Stable.
These are the pair I ordered, though only one of the sticks reports as this:
Model Name : F1-4800DSU2-1GBFF (512MB x 2)
Overview : PC4800(DDR600) 1T 2.5-4-4-8 Dual Channel
Specification
Capacity 1GB (512MB x 2)
Speed 600MHz DDR (PC4800)
CAS Latency CL 2.5-4-4-8 1T
Test Voltage 2.7~2.9 Volts
PCB 6 Layers PCB
Registered/Unbuffered Unbuffered
Error Checking Non-ECC
Type 184-pin DIMM
Warranty Lifetime
Can anyone help me? My pc normally runs at DDR540 w/cpu at 2.43ghz and does not run 24/7. G.Skill Technician? Newegg Guy?
I am a loyal customer newegg, and probably always will be. But I bought these Open Box (or "Recertified") and they appear not to be certified for these speeds. I do not have the box they are shipped in, but I do have the receipt from my order. Would this also present a problem?
If this should be moved to the G.Skill customer support section or General Hardware, then a mod can feel free to move this there.
