modding the vapochill gen 1

hi, i was wondering whether i can mod the vapochill 1 to the current version of vapchill by change the evaporator and maybe the tubing and gas. Pls feed back thank you.

well I dont think so.the early ones used a smaller compressor bd35f and the later ones used a bd50.now the evap looks the same and the cap is a little shorter.but most of the extra cooling comes from the extra power of the compressor.
just so you will know i have moded one to reach -50 temps by changing the refrigerant and playing with it alot.here a pic.

as far as i know this is the coldest running vapo running today
