Hi guys,

F2-6400PHU2-2GBNS, Intel Core 2 Duo 6400, Asus P5W-DH Deluxe, BIOS 801 and now 1101.

Fails Memtest-86 v3.2 - many errors in Test 7, at stock FSB, memory set to use auto settings.

I have tried 4 sticks - every combo fails - in pairs or all 4 x 1024 sticks.

Is this RAM compatible? What am I doing wrong?

Voltage, try upping it to 2.1V and then 2.2V, i had the same issue with the ZX kit.

Well done! That fixed the memtest errors. Thanks for taking the time to post and help me.:toast:

I still might swap it for something else though - I don't like the thought of needing to overclock something to work.

Do you think this is a likely issue with all other GSKILL ram like the F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ?
