As you can see here, Clockgen detects my PCIe frequency as 80Mhz.

screenshot (1600x1200): http://gallery.weyland.be/d/9889-1/3DM05+-+3Ghz+-+555-800.jpg

No matter what value I give it in my BIOS, Clockgen always reports 80Mhz ... I've tried 'auto', 90Mhz, 100Mhz, 101Mhz, 105Mhz ...

Is this a bug in Clockgen? Is it a bug on my P5W DH Deluxe? What gives?

I reckon it might also be fixed with the bios, new boards have a lot of problems but that said so does clock gen.

Most cases i have seen till now are BIOS fixes. People are quite scared doing anything to the BIOS but that is where usually the fixes take place.
Another thing does your graphic card give you average fps as it would do if your pci was at 100.

Check with reviews and the card you have , at least this way you can find out all is good or should you be worried.

Benchmarks are all ok, and - what's more important - performance in games is maximal too ...

I'm gonna stop worrying about it and forget about it :) Booo ClockGen :p

I found something interesting - if you set 250FSB in the bios, ClockGen reports correct speed of 100MHz ;)
It's probably the Asus PEG link feature confusing clockgen
Systool reports it as double: 200 odd MHz :D
