According to the IDCC utility, the northbridge on my Intel D975xbx board is the hottest part of the system (I assume that's what 'Zone A' is). My watercooler keeps my CPu nice and cool under load, but the NB goes up over 50degreesC.

Since I'm looking for long-term stability in my OC, this is the one thing keeping me from pushing the fsb up, as I'm worried about upping Vmch and Vfsb. I've seen a few posts where people attach WC blocks with wire ties etc, but has anyone found a more permanent way of attaching a water-block? (one which won't fall off if the case gets knocked, heh) Or should I just try reapplying the TIM and then gluing a fan to the northbridge HS?

Swiftech MCX159-CU without the fan. Instead I have a 120mm yate blowing over it and the RAM.
