Ive got a pair of 9700 Pros here, both rev 3.0. One has the standard IC layout in the vmem area - one large IC for vmem and one small IC for vREF. I presume the mods for this card are the same as the standard mods. However, the other rev 3.0 card has 2 large ICs instead of one large one small. Both these ICs are the same as the standard vmem IC on any other card. Basically instead of a small 8 pin IC for vref I have the large ISL6522 14 pin IC, the same as the IC that controls vmem on every other card.

Cant provide pics atm as my cameras out of commision im afraid. This card does 410 / 355 stock so im especially anxious to get it vmodded ;).

Im presuming vcore and vDDQ will be the same as for any other card.

I did post this thread on the "old" site, but missed whether it had any replies or not.

Pilsy,

You are right about the Vcore and VDDQ being the same as all other 9700 cards.

As far as the 2 14pin 6522s are concerned in the Vmem area. Just use the standard pin 5 to VR to pin 7. Careful with the leftmost intersil as it controls Vref, greater than 1.5v when the card is new can be detrimental to your card's health. Many have reported good results with a vref with about 1.49 - 1.5v. As per Samsungs datasheets I would try to keep vref @ 1/2 of VDDQ to be on the safe-side.
