i sent them an email to ask about stock on a mobo, DQ6...they never answered!

i had a previous poor experience with them...they are notorious of indicating stock but in reality, they are waiting on shipment.

I feel your pain, I have the reverse problem as you do.
I have the board but my 6700 is on order still and it looks like it will be abother week before I can pick it up

if you dont mind, where did you find 6600 in stock? i pre-ordered from monarch with a guaranteed shipping date of 8/14 or before. now its been bumped to maybe 8/31 or before. and everything else i read now says september or october. this is a fair bit different than the 7/27 originally given, or the 8/7 given after that, or the...........

i am fixing to toss the ultra-d and x2 back in and off the p5w/805d on ebay if i dont get some good news soon. intel started shilling this cpu last winter. i bought my 3800 x2 exactly 1 year ago and at 2900mhz its prob still one of the best cpus around.
