Thanks link, good stuff.
wow, some good hardware on the way!
Thanks for the link,
Craig
Do they sell the hardware at the end of the show?
I heard most places sell them because they don't want to take them back home... Wish I could get my hands on some of that stuff :slobber:
I thought it was just to show near gear, like early versions? some do complete version, i didnt think they sold em or anything anferwards
Craig
Yeah I read an article maybe from bit-tech about cebit, they said most of the stuff was already privately bought and they get them at the end of the show...
Maybe I'll look for it when I get time..
cool, especially as a lot of the boards were for the K8 series, the 64bit AMD processors, mind u, wouldnt be much good getting one em early, no proc for it, i dont like the layout of many of the new K8 boards though
Craig
I imagine some of it might just be like a cool item to have and maybe get put in a case or something...sort of like a beta stage of hardware....would be rare wouldn't it?
lol yeah, have to look into that to see if it is possible to get the hardware, you have intrigued me!
:)

Every year at Comdex and CES I get free hardware.
I flash the badge and insist on speaking with the boss of the booth who has the authority to release a working sample.
An exchange of business cards and rarely some cash and I have made off with tons of goodies.
It is common for vendors to sell off product at the end of CES, best place to look is in the section of floor that is sperated by country. I bee line for korea and tiawan area for the best deals.
can i be your friend? :)
Craig
How do you get to go to these things? You have to pay or... be a member of the press? Wish I could go ;)

The Badge whatever the badge is
Craig
It's probably just a badge the give you to wear while at the show. Probably tells what you represent and who you are...
lol, i never thought of that, but who or what does he represent *cue X-Files music*
