Can somone tell me if Asus P5W DH Deluxe and G.Skill 2GB DDR2 NR PC2-6400 will work together ok?
I have heard there might be problems, but I think they are getting confused with Gigabytes DS3 mobo. Please can you answer so I can order it tonight or not whatever the case may be. :)

DDR2 800 2GBZX has no problem to boot up auto
DDR2 800 2GBNR has no problem to boot up auto
DDR2 800 2GBNS has problem to boot up
DDR2 800 2GBZX has problem to boot up

dude, the url you gave is about gigabyte boards, on which gskill modules make crappy things.
but on p5wdh, everyhing work fine.
you will even have to set by yourself the real timings of the ZX kit because using SPD by default, bios will configure them at 5-6-6-18 :eek: Anyway, safe booting with such timings :D

I was just giving a headsup..wasn't sure if it was just dor the D3, or all things, don't be an arrogant :banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:.
@G.S Technician
So the problems with the other RAM would be with all 965 boards? Ouch...
