Vapo and temps

Well I gave the vapo another chance. I got her all hooked up and all is/was good
I do have a question about temps though. I read -29ish on the led, but my cpu temps are in the 20's, now I know the mobo doesn't read die temps, but is this right?
I as3'ed the evap and the chip, It is making good contact, am I missing something?
no matter what I did physically, made a difference.

My vapo under about 130W heat of load would go down to about -28 on the evap and about 4C on the cpu (idle). Under load it went down to -20 on the evap and about 15C on the CPU(load).

I intalled a probe about 1-2mm away from the die, I see full load temps of about 7-9c
I am assuming it is working good, the temps at firstjust startled me.
