Is the Gigabyte 965P-DQ6 compatible with GSKill DDR2 800mhz 2GBHZ 4-4-4-12?

Hi,

Over at anandtech there's someone saying that the DS3 won't boot with GSKill memory with CL4.

Can anybody confirm this?

Does it affect the DQ6 as well?

have you checked the HUGE HZ thread in the xtreme bandwidth section
or
the DQ6 thread here ?

i ALMOST got the HZ but ugh.. didnt feel like going the extra few bucks so i got the ZX, i'll have it on monday and be reporting back so keep your eyes open. If the ZX works there is no reason why the HZ wouldnt. i imagine :\

ZX sucks...you should have gone with the TeamXtream sticks. Lower price than even the HZ, but as good/if not better overclocking/timings (Micron D9G).
