I have a D-Link wireless card, and is it possible to use a D-Link card with a Linksys or any other brand router?

Yes it is. I use a MSI wireless card through a Belkin router.

Yep, you'll be fine as long as you're using compatible hardware, ie a "g" router and a "g" wireless card.

Please refrain from ever speaking like that again, or you'll simply get ignored. I use that router, it works fine, my ISP is another story.

"G" is the standard now for higher speed transfes, "B" is slower. Just look in the information and it will say.

802.11 is an IEEE standard, so across brands is always fine.

b,g,a,N-Draft are all various speed ratings.
