okay, I got 3 optiones:

Corsair XMS2 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145566)
OCZ GOLD (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227029)
OCZ S.O.E (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227119)

all 1GB (512x2) 800Mhz (PC6400)

which one is best?
can I get a better DDR2 memory at 100$? (newegg only!)

B.T.W - is there 2GB memory at 100$ that worth getting?

The OCZ Gold is the winner here. It has better timings than both of the others and substantially better ratings than the SOE.

I wouldn't exactly let tRAS be a deciding factor...

Either way, the Corsair and OCZ (Non-SOE) will do you fine. I know for a fact that the SOE and Gold are not great overclockers, but don't know about the potential of those Corsairs.

If i were you, i would stretch an extra $14 (starve for a day, perhaps?) and get This (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820220142) patriot RAM. It's got decent timings and should OC nicely.
