Last year i saw some waterblocks but i cant remember the name or the webpage for them.I'll explain what i can remeber to see if it rings a bell
with anybody.

They are square copper base water blocks like the XSPC Zern but they
have a blue powderd coated top with a straight through high flow design
with parallel milled channels in the base .they where made by a man in Europe i think he was from the Netherlands,Finland or Sweden.I think the name of the block was something like

Terminator
Xtermintor
Eliminator
Dominator

And i think his company name was something like

Friggworks
Frinkworks
Frankworks
Rinkworks

He made CPU, NB and VGA blocks all with the same blue coated
tops and the only other thing i remeber is that if you bought all
3 blocks you got €10 discount.

Ring any bells with anybody ?

Yes I know... you are talking about Frigus Intimidator blocks ;)
(I'm Dutch and the guy who makes them is too...)
In fact I still have such a cpu block around here somewhere...doing nothing

Only "drawback" is that the tops are made of anodized aluminum, while the bottom is made of copper... nothing a little anti-corrosion can't overcome though ;)

Look here: www.frigus.nl

Nice and clean block design. The blue kinda reminds me of the old Swiftech blocks.

Muwahahaa :D

what was the chances of the actual man who makes them reading my thread and replying to it :)

/me waves hello to Garrett

Hi Garrett

I was just intrested/curious to know if you was still making the blocks and if
there has been any new designs in the last year or two as when i first read about your blocks i liked the idea of straight through high flow design as at
the time most other people where making restrictive designs and you was
one of the few that thought it was best to get the water in and out as fast as possible :)

I don't think he actually makes them, he's just Dutch, so is the guy who DOES make them...

Garret ignore my previous comments i mistook you as the owner but thanks

And well done at being Dutch too :D

Hehe... indeed I didn't make them, I don't care much for aluminum, I'd rather use copper or delrin tops if it were up to me, but then again, I suck at designing lol... :D
I wouldn't buy a Frigus now even if I could, the site hasn't been updated for ages if you ask me (I could be wrong but I don't think I am)

I had a Storm block for a while, I'm going to get the Apogee, I like high flow you see ;)
Top it off with a nice EK FC-79 waterblock (yes that wonderful fullcover one) for my 7900GT and I'll have a nice high flow setup

Now all I need is a couple of decent barbs, I'll have to ask Eddy (the EK guy) for a few extra 1/2" barbs I guess, quite nice barbs he has there... oh and some tubing too :D
Aaahhh so much nice stuff for sale these days, but no more UV dye for me, they just make the tubing uglier, as in: less clear :(

the Intimidator blocks don't look as good as they used too they now
look cheap and nasty to me.If i was going to get straight through
high flow all metal blocks i think i's buy the XSPC X2O blocks.

Your right Garrett the apogee would be the good choice for a high flow
block as i just found this old review trying a open block.
