OCZ:

I have sent in 3 rebates and have only heard back from one of them that I did not have a valid UPC Code (I have a photocopy of the original). Anyways I need to talk to someone to get my rebates squared away and get my money back. I sent an email to the email link in bleedingedge and got a response to contact someone. I do not know who to contact. Please hook me up with the person that I need to talk with to actually get my rebates.

Incredible!

I sent you (Ryder) an email yesterday of all the rebates I was having issues with and I get a call (From a real american english speaking person) about the rebates and within 10 minutes we had all of them fixed.

OCZ always continues to amaze me in their tech support and customer service. Someone is going to have to pry my OCZ from my dead hands when I die!
