Help Me Choose Between These 2GB Kits

Hi my local vendor has just started stocking OCZ products and i'm thinking of replacing this nasty ADATA. He has the following:

OCZ 2GB DDR400 8-3-3-2 CL2.0 Gold GX XTC

OCZ 2GB DDR400 5-2-3-2 CL2.0 Titanium

OCZ 2GB DDR400 8-3-3-3 CL3.0

OCZ 2GB DDR500 8-3-4-3 CL3.0 Gold GX XTC

I just want to get to 250mhz (although i won't complain if they go higher:cool: ). It's tempting to just go for the DDR500 kit but the timings seem a bit slack. also what chips are on these things. Thanks

I had a set of the OCZ EB 1gb x 2, (3-3-2-8) they run at about 180 dollars now.

I loved them, they worked very well.
