I have a sweet avatar I think you guys are missing out on - but its 159,164 bytes. Perhaps you moderators should up the file-size limit :)

I appreciate the effort, but the file has to be smaller than 50,000 bytes - therefore, we should simply raise the limit to 160,000 bytes, this way everyone, (ie. me), is happy :)

eh... wow.. I didnt know jbell put it that low.. LoL.. ok... Ill see if I can do better... Odds are Smiz will get it that low and still lookin that good before I will be able to.

No way. I can't drop it to 50k and still keep it looking good.
Example:
This is 109k and it looks like crap. There's just too many things happening in it to cut it down that low.

Okay, well I need a new Avatar - apparently mine was a little too big for some peoples connections/computation power :( Anyone with artistic talent that would be willing to share the wealth?

i personally would like to see nep keep his avatar but the size is an issue.... for at least one laptop user - and yes it is a P4
can you resize it smiz? make it smaller but keep quality? say around 150k?
I dropped it under 150k myself.

Yup. IFMU beat me to it. I got it lower, but had to kill the picture quality. On the other hand, you can reduce the amount of frames, but that will make it move faster and be a bit choppy.
