when I try to run nTune I get an error...

"NVIDIA Control Panel Application, 1.2.1.14 has encountered a problem and needs to close."
anyone knows why and how I can I fix it?

when I use clockgen I get to 2.15 ghz stable which is ok, but when I restart first it somehow locks, I don`t get a signal from my monitor, so I restart again and it gets back to default.why`s that?

The cheapest budget boards rarely overclock well, if at all. It's probably not supported because they know it won't clock. However there are exceptions. Regardless, I would avoid Ntune like its the devil.
