I'm not sure what this connector is called so I didn't really have any key terms I could have searched for:

This type of connector exists on my GPU and also my motherboard. Is there some sort of tool that can make the process of removing this little bastard more easy? I broke the one on my GPU, but figured out that with a thin little piece of card board I could move the side "locks" up so that I could remove the connection. Some sort of tool may save me a lot of time and headache, though.
EDIT: Picture phone quality.
