I installed the new setup on the vapo(nf-7 ver 1.2, 2100-0304, ocz 3500el, ti4800) and got some strange problems. It would go to -5c and the system would click like it was trying to turn on but nothing would happen, then just proceed to go to -35c but nothing would happen.
Is there a jumper I am missing or something?I have no clue.
Thanks
Bryan

Did you try running the board outside of the case on air before you put it in the vapo? If it runs on air, you can be sure that it isn't the board or other components. That narrows it down to the Vapo install, or the Vapo inself. Board could be shorting on the case.

thanks but I am inclined enough to test that stuff. It was running fine 2.6 on air, put it in the vapo nothing, and no, it runs on air on the vapo mobo tray

Your post said "new setup" so I assumed it had not been running before. Had no way of knowing what your experience level was. You might check to make sure that your pins for power, reset..etc are hooked up right with the right orientation if you haven't checked that already.

He's got his 2100+ running at I think 2.6ghz now... I think I read that on the vapo forums... glad to see he got the AMD on there without the vapo crushing it

Hey sorry guys forgot about this thread.
YEs I did get it fixed it happened to be a seating problem, well since the clips on the evap head are a-symetrical, i had them on backasswards:). fixed that and all was great.
As isp said my 2100+(0304)is @ 2.6 now (13.5x195), my abit just doesn't like the 200 mark, all this is on about 1.9 vcore. The
Hyper-x seems to like these settings though as it is running 3-2-2 cas-2 flawlessly. I have to vmod that here very soon, I also noticed that my system was running a little warm on air so I now got a wcing/tec setup coming for the gpu and NB. So with the 9700 I should be able to hit some high marks with that setup, the CPU has a lot left in her, when I can raise the fsb we should see her really shine.
On a side note i have another one of my systems right here, that is doing really well also, this setup is on air. It is also running a nf7-s,2100+ 0304, and some ocz pc3500 el.
As we speak it is rock stable at 205x11, 1.65 vcore, this setup should yield some nice numbers on air.
Thanks to all who helped and thanks for the welcome
