Will I just got one, and the damn thing is pretty heavy. I am thinking about adding a Vantec Tornado (85 CFMs) (I know, it's going to be loud) to cool it off and it is going to add to the weight. What is the chances of this thing ripping off my mobo?

Slim to none if installed right. Just don't lug it around a lot when it is on.

I've never heard about someone ripping his mobo with a skl800, you will be fine as long as you don't play the fool with it. If ever you break a tab, you just have to switch to wc :)
