Need suggestion for quiet/powerful fan

I need a heatsink and fan to go on my processor on a nf7-s board.

Any suggestions an a great heatsink. More importantly I need a strong fan. Is there a fan which is powerful and yet noticebly quieter than the rest of the bunch?

I would run a SLK-800A w/ a Panaflo 80mm. They have two models, one that's louder/powerful, and on that is quieter/weaker. Depending on how "loud" you want, pick between one of these models. I believe the model's are something like "HIA" and/or "LIA"? You'll have to check into it though.
