First, my English is bad, sorry.
Second, any of you, is try this ?:
VDD and VDDQ - must be EQUAL (as possible) !!!
For default 3.3ns (300MHz) = 2.5V (VDD=2.5V / VDDQ=2.5V)
For default 2.8ns (350MHz) = 2.9V (VDD=2.9V / VDDQ=2.9V)
With 3.3ns if you wish to reach ~340(or 350)MHz, try set
2.9V to 3.0V (max. 3.05V or if you are "little crazy" 3.3V :)
VREF must be VDDQ*0.5 !! (min.*0.49 / max.*0.51)

EXAMPLE:
VDD = 2.95V
VDDQ = 2.95V
VREF = 1.45V (2.95*0.49=1.445)
Than you maybe able to reach ~340MHz !!!

Try Samsung 9700Pro BIOS and MUST COOLed alumunum plate
on back of card (with Fan from Pent.1 or with HeatSink)
