Becooling Pelt PSU...help?

PLease help , the photocopy acompaning the PSU with a picture is REAL black. I understand that I need to jumper the slot , but my question is: Which of the POSTs is POsitive and which is Negative?

As in positive and negative for hooking the TEC onto, or for shorting to turn on? For shorting to turn on it's irrelevant... can't remember off hand which is + & - for the TEC side of things but will try and find out for ya (none in stock so no manuals to look at!)
