In Xp - why does the media player open up in a small window to the left - I always say no and chk remember my pref but it sometimes comes up in the current window - is there a way to completley remove this?

Do you remember what the small window says? Does it ask if you want to use ie to view the movie?
yeah
the window says that media player can be viewed in the same window while browsing...asks me if I want to (yes or no) and then remember prefrence ...
I always say no and chk remember and I see it come up now and again.
