Hi everyone,
I am far from being OC savy, so please give me a hand here.

Here is a short list of my parts:
Opteron 165 stepping ccbwe 0547tpmw
MSI Neo4 SLI with latest beta bios from MurdoK
OCZ Platinum 2GB (2x1GB) rated at 2-3-2-5
Arctic Silver Ceramique and XP90 with Panaflo fan at 5v
Zalman passive northbridge cooler

This is what I have done thus far:
I am at 1.425v, 289*9 (2601), memory set with 150mhz divider 2.5-3-3-5 and voltage at 2.85v.

Now, I cannot use the 133mhz divider. I don't know why, but the board will not let me run it. I can run 100, 150, and 166 fine though.

Does anyone have any advice to get more out of this processor, or should I call it a day and be happy with where it is?

Thanks,
Mike

Well, depending on your cooling, 1.425v is on the low side of what I have been able to use.

I can use around 1.55~1.6 with high end air cooling with my 90NM AMD's.

If the 133 divider is "Broken" then use the 100 divider for testing, the CPU may have a lot more headroom in it :D

Possibly a stock Bios will not have this problem, otherwise just tighten up those timings and live with the lower mem speed.

A few benchmarks will tell you wich way would be faster, try Super Pi, 3DMARK 01, and the time demo from Doom 3 (Or similar) with your current settings and then again with the faster CPU speed and slower memory speed with tight timings...it may end up being a wash, but generally CPU speed is more important than ram speed.

Thanks for the response. I have tried a number of bioses and none seem to work with the 133mhz divider. I will probably try some higher voltages, though I am curious on if I will get enough of an increase to warrant the higher voltage and temp.
Oh, BTW, temp at idle is 38-39 degrees, and prime95 load is 50 or so right now...
