Damn, didnt know thermochill's were that good LOL. No wonder they cost a arm and a "few" legs. :fact:

Congrats

Current temps in a hot room:

What are the room temps:

A) as measured by the "case" sensor on mobo
b) as measured by probe elsewhere in the room

I would like to see your dT.

Room temps i do not know exactly, but the windows were open and it was almost 90f outside today. The air was not on, and the temps were recorded with my overclock in my sig.

I'm currently out of state with a friend, but my computer is at his house and he has a camera that i'll borrow to take the pics. I'll do some prime95, cpu-z, and of course the rig.

I want to thank everyone from xtremesystems because without you guys this rig would of never existed let alone the water cooling. It took 2 monthes to get everything done, but the end result is all well worth it.

Thank you ;)

too bad on board sensors are horribly inaccurate (5c-10c)

I tend to agree. I've remounted my Storm a couple times on my Skt 754 Clawhammer and according to speedfan I idle around 40C

I don't believe I've ever seen a load temp that only differed 4*c from the idle temp on water before

that's cause his isn't accurate.

Here are the pics I've taken so far. Sorry about the res.

I have overclocking results as well, but i don't have a word program. So later today or tommorow i'll have the money shot pic of my overclock.

I believe that is one of the delrin fillports that Petra's is now selling. I bought two off of eBay a long time ago and they work great.

very strong velcro from mc-mastercarr.com. The pump is also held down by velcro.

Heres my overclocking results. I was amazed at these results, but now all thats left is tweeking my ram which is a little tricky.

Very clean, sharp looking rig and a good overclock. That's a rig to be proud of :)

Ok I'm curious as to how much voltage can a opty 165 take until its deemed unreliable. I heard somewhere that they're reliable up to 1.55v and that anything after that is just killing the chip.

I'm curious because i want to get my overclock higher and i'm big on reliablity, my ram doesn't like the 5/6 divider. Right now i'm at the specified settings (ddr500) for my ram, but want to get some more out of it because being at 3ghz on a 3/4 divider that puts my ram at ddr500 like i just stated above. If i were to do 340x9 on a 3/4 divider, that would put my ram at ddr510 which is fine, but not really pushing it, but at the same time may be putting my cpu into jeopordy for reliablity. If not possible for any reason, is it possible to get my ram at lower timings? I've heard of people hitting a latency of 2.5 for these mushkins, but i'm really not familar with the extra timings so i'm not really sure if 2.5 is capable due to the lack of knowledge.

I have not yet tested my ram for stability, but heres a reference used from a64 v0.60 beta
