I got a new CC board in today from asetek and I didn't waste anytime getting the ol vapo chill up n running. This is probably the last bench session for me on socket 939 so it has kind of a special meaning to me. :p: On to bigger and better things but not with out one last blast...

I wanted 3.5GHz 1M but I just couldn't pull it off with this chip/cooling. Any increase in voltage over 1.65 = instant lockup as soon as PI starts.

Goodbye socket 939 and DDR1, it's been fun. :toast:

Yay, maybe it's the last one but at least it's quite a bang :) :up: It doesn't cold bug at this HTT, does it?

I still have my Opteron 146 here and can't make up my mind what to do with it. I really like S939 OCing. Fun as hell :lol:

CPU temp less than -18 or -19 = coldbug :( This chip is bugged pretty bad, much worse than my 144 CABNE. It could do around 350HTT without bugging under my single stage. But with only the 9 multi of the 144 it just wasn't working out on phase. Hehe that's why I would like a 146 again with a 10 multi, 350x10 = 3500MHz perfect ;)
