Somewhat obvious, if it was terrorism or bad stuff in general, the site won't even be there. All those 3 letter agency would just block it or something.

and there's no possible case to build against them. sue them for what? being a hoax? they werent a hoax because they didnt promise for anything to happen when the counter expired, everybody simply inferred what they wished. nobody could even come close to touching them in court, they're fine.
