Suggestions for a good TV Tuner...

I'm looking for one in the $100 range and all it needs to do is provide a nice picture. I don't care if it's PCI or USB all I want is a nice picture. Video in... that'd be nice, but what would be nicer is a "nice picture". :D

In case you can't tell... I just want a TV Tuner card with a nice picture.
