Memory for Bad Axe and Conroe?

What would be the best bang for the buck, overclocking-wise, in 2 x 1 GB modules for the Intel 975 Bad Axe board (rev 304) and one of the new E6X00 Conroe CPUs? I have ZERO experience with DDR2, all mine has been with DDR. Could you run this board (overclocked) with 4 x 1GB?

i would commend you to buy a DDR2 800 2GBHZ :)
