Does Conroe Extreme X6800 have a unlocked muti! Am considering buying a X6700 but if the X6800 has a unlocked muti i will have 1 of them! I would like to know!

All new Intel extreme editions have fully unlocked multipliers. All other new Intel chips to my knowledge have downward unlocked multipliers.
