Listing all programs from hide mode

When I click start/programs/...

when a list of my programs shoot of to the right of it, XP auto hides some and I must click a small arrow to reveal entire proram contents -

How do I get XP to show me everything ? I do not like the autohide feature.

Can you guys help me out?

I believe it's in the folder options. Just check the "Show All Folders" option. If I'm wrong, someone give correct answer.

depends on what OS you're running, in xp, right click on the task bar --> properties --> start menu tab --> customize button --> make sure personalized menu is unchecked(that's assuming that you're using the classic start menu, i don't think it's possible with the new one).... if you're using win98, just say so and i'll type up directions for it as well :D
