Ok - 2 questions..

can you make a water cooling system for GPU and CPU under $250...AND can you make a system that you won't have to clean very often..like every 6 months or more, or is it not that type of thing..?

yea but whats the longest I can go without cleaning it honestly I know I'll forget

You can go a long time without cleaning, but it might start to get a little dirty. No big deal, you'll upgrade your computer soon enough, we all do ;)

If you keep a decent additive in your water, you can go quite the while without cleaning it. Realistically, you'll upgrade/drain before you need to clean.

Using anti-freeze, ect will keep all the little nasties at bay just fine.
