Prescott 3.0 wont go more than 3.53

Now that i am on wc i tried to raise the fsb more than 240 but i keep hitting a wall.My vcore is 1.4 but it wont listen no matter how much i raise it.
My memories dont seem to be the problem because theyran 5/4
Could it be because of my chipset?I have the 915
Shall i raise the chipset voltage or something?

I dont know that mainboard, but my first thought was the frequency to the PCIe bus. I have the same graphics card as you and it will not follow that high up if the PCIe frequency is not set manually to around 100MHz. Well, its probably not that simple a problem you got, just mention it because i found it suspicious that a Prescott 3.0 will not clock higher than 3.53 on WC.

The pci - pci express are locked to 33.33-100 mhz respectively
