Hi, Im still quite new to WC, I found a good idea buying a kit for the start and then change parts and buy new parts & etc. BUT know I know its still and ALWAYS better to make a custom setup, even for a rookie, but if I just knew ... nevermind, the point is: I own a Innovatek HPPS Plus pump, its a modded Eheim 1048 with better performance and I'm tryin to improve my loop.
1. moving from 6/8mm tubing to Tygon R3603 8/11 mm tubing
2. I'll optimize the loop (shorter loop - less tubing)
3. in the next steps I just dunno :
I have a 240 Innovatek rad and should I add a 120 Airplex rad to the exhaust fan of the case? Will it improve the performance and could it hurt the flowrate? http://www.aquacomputer.de/images/products/radi/120_500.jpg
Second - Which GPU block should I take for my X1800XL?
first choice is the Alphacool GP2X-NV40 http://www.alphacool.de/xt/images/product_images/popup_images/459_0.jpg
Maybe the performance (like heat transfer) is good, but could it hurt the flow? It looks like a wall to me....
