Whipped out my Sony W1 and took some pics of the Bad Axe Rev 304 and my E6700ES QLLO B0 chip (from Japan). Asus P5W DH Deluxe coming tomorrow in the next post. :) Feel free to post pics of your Conroe setup! :D

Sweet... I just bought my Conroe E6600 from buy.com with 2nd-day Air shipping, can't wait! Reserved for pics hopefully (if I get a digicam or way to take pics) :D!

$369 shipped... (shipping was $11). I will be putting it in whatever mATX board is the best for overclocking once it comes :). I'm hoping for an SLI-capable board, but if not, one with the PCI-Express x16 slot and 3 PCI's would be uber. I saw pictures of some good-looking boards from Computex, hope they come out soon.

This super talent with my Aopen + yonah are doing 350mhz,3-3-3 with 1.9v ...

I can only wait and see how good they will do on a better mobo ...

btw Anyone have an Idea what stock Intel Heatsink will be with conroe ? I don't think the same as Pentium D would be the choice (this thing make so much noise)

i think they will keep the current heatsink. the fan will go slower because the chip is much cooler so the noise ought to be a lot less.
anyway i think 99% of the people here will use a thirth party cooler so what does it mather ;)

I will surely use a 3rd party one, but not at first. Board layout and case space problem make it dificult to find "the one" I need :p:

I hope the stock cooler will fit in my mATX Q-Pack chasis! I too was planning on using a stock cooler at first.

Forgive Iam newb on intel...

First of all I know you have to have a hacked driver to get SLi to work on the Intel badaxe board. But what confuses me about the board is the 3 full length PCIex slots. Which slots would you use to run sli...Because if I cant run the 1st and 3rd one then I cant use my xfi card which takes this board off my list.
