AMD platform had a64tweaker, memtweak doesnt offer the option to change ratios in windows. Is there a utility to do so?
I don't think that is the problem, could be programmed the same way as ram tweaker

No. Memory ratio must be strapped at POST. Even if you could ATTEMPT to change it would result in an immediate freeze/BSOD.
