can someone teach me or wirte a guild to mod a videocard like this?! can u do this to any video card? what kind of fan would be good to mod?

That is just Zalmans video card heatsink. You go out and buy one in most of the comp. hardware shops, folow the given instructions and Voila!!
You even get their own passive blue heatsinks.

right ok, you should be able to just buy them and yes they are made to go on gfx cards, where do you live?
We can find a place near you that sells them.

No. Theyre not build to be modded.
You buy them exactly like that.
Just install them... and youre ready to go.
