View Full Version : Windows Home vs Pro. 10fps
My harddrive crashed and I lost everything. I got a new harddrive and installed Home this time, since I was using my friends PRO. So everything goes great, I reinstall video drivers, OC the vc using ATI tool, OC the CPU again, everythings back to normal. One thing angers me, my Aquamark3 scores have dropped from 31,000 to 20,000. This can't be because of HOME rather than pro can it? Is there something I'm missing?
Hmm...nobody on Overclock.net will answer me either

Home vs. Pro "shouldn't" cause that, I would look elsewhere.

Format you hard drive again, i can't see other solution.. ;)
Doen and done, seems I had something on there slowing it down cause its back to normal. Now another quick question if you dont mind. Everytime I backspace where there is nothign to erase I get a dos-like beep, is there anyways to change it bakc to that dong?

I went straight from a P1 windows 1995 to Windows XP and a 2.4b. I didnt know what was going on, my windows would actually load before I went and had a shower :p: . Now my PC is running at 3.333
