Crossfire on nvidia chipsets

I've been doing some searching on the subject and I haven't found anything conclusive. Found some reports that it is possible to do crossfire on an nvidia chipset motherboard but they were all dated prior to the release of crossfire.

Does anyone know if it is possible to do use ATI Crossfire (probably x1800XT's) on a motherboard with an nvidia chipset?

Not possible... You must have ati chipset like rd480 or rd580.
