Does anybody have a schedule for some system that keeps a TEC at one temperature? So it will use less energy when my CPU is idle.

That guy seems to have done something simular in theory to what you are trying to do. Sorry for the slow reply i have been lurking catching up on what's goin on :)

I believe you can setup a regulator of some sort for this, but it would be complicated. You might just be better off turning you pc off when you aren't using it or run a program that increases the load when you aren't doing anything. Just some ideas.
