i think that old proc. are clocking just like new one..
so you can clock it to 2.6 -2.7 just like cirthix said. if you get god proc. even more

REcently I bought about 10 dothans. Where my older chips clocked up to 2600 Mhz, the newer tend to scale up to 2700 - 2800 Mhz.

This could be only an impression, because I know tips and tricks now, but it seems there a bit better.

Mine is at 2.8Ghz and I am sure it could do better with more stable volts (No drop mod) or water cooled... I am going with the conroe as soon as it hits the market...

what is the typical voltage requirement?

Most did 2,6 GHz+ at 1,45 Vcore. To get over 2,7 I needed 1,65 Vcore (easily pinmodded)

I have run my Dothan @ 1.55Vcore all the time and the cpu seams fine. Just make sure the temps wont go ower 60C @load and u should be fine

and ability to change multies. but the boards see the max multi first which is why ppl have problem booting with high fsb

also cirthix, thanx for the information on the voltage. and other info that you've provided
