We are all expecting conroe, but when's merom release ? the same date as conroe ? earlier ? later ?

I just bought an ES Merom 7400 here at XS and the Aopen mobo has just been a horrible experience. Then I found out that the notebook I own (Acer Travelmate 8200) has Merom support in their new BIOS. Sure enough, I popped the Merom in and it worked perfectly. I had to put the Merom back into my desktop until I get my Conroe ES but it's interesting to see that there is BIOS support for a notebook that will not even have a retail Merom in it for many months.
