Hello!

I just got my G.Skill HZ set in yesterday and popped em in. My Opty clocked up to 2.8ghz easy and primed 2800mhz for 10 hrs 51 min.

However, memtest86 fails at these settings: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showpost.php?p=1317413&postcount=5

It fails at DDR500 .. even DDR450 won't work. Is there anything else I can do? It fails at test 6 and 7.. moving inversions 32 bit I believe.

I am running a DFi NF4 SLI-DR with bios 704-2BTA !

Thanks

Mine run fine with the latest official bios 3-4-4-8@280mhz, have you tried that?

Hey G.S. Tech,

I set everything to auto in the memory.. running 9x300 with a 5/6 divider so it's running DDR500 stable.. primed and everything.. but I thought those timings would work.. and when I set everything to auto I was surprised!

Should I be able to get up to 270-280mhz, though? I thought I could hit that high.. but oh well. I can just use this divider I suppose.

Thanks!
