The ASRock 775i65G Conroe motherboard, is this thing still for real?

Would be great for us budget mind peoples that don't want to spend to much, cheap board and a low end Conroe should kick some butt over any P4 right.
The only thing that concerns me is that I will not be able to use all of the 2GB of low latency Winbond BH-5 that I still own, due to it only have two slots (thats a sign of an ultra cheap motherboard). On the bright side I could still sell a couple of sticks of BH-5 to put towards the new board or CPU. Likely doesn't have Vdimm voltage adjustments, unless modded.
You might think I am crazy, but this could be an excellent short term cheap upgrade till kentsfeild (conroe) which is really only just around the corner ~6months.
